Nestled in the tree-lined Historic District in Newburyport, MA, this home is 43 miles north of Boston and 14 miles from Haverhill. Steps away from Cashman Park, you can walk to restaurants and events. Spend your days and evenings downtown, then retreat to this quiet oasis located on a side street above the Merrimack River.
Exterior features include a private patio with an umbrellaed dining table, extensive plantings, a gas barbecue grill, storage shed (for bikes and beach gear), as well as parking for two cars. You'll enter through a sturdy double door into a cozy vintage living space with mid-century modern furniture accents and a rustic decorative fireplace. Lounge on the wingback chair with a good book, or stretch-out upstairs or in the loft.
In the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, you'll find all the amenities you need and more for whipping up some amazing meals. There's a gas range, plenty of counter space, and a convenient dishwasher for easy cleanup. Two bedrooms plus a loft and two full bathrooms will accommodate four guests comfortably.
