Thanks for your Feedback and let me clarify few points.
You should understand that Laura and I work and we wake up every day at 6 am in the morning. Also, there are other guests who are thankful for a good rest in the night. We find that is quite convenient to set up a limit time to have showers in the bathroom, as it is common space for everyone which is also very close to the rooms, and noise from doors and steps can be annoying for the rest of the rooms/ guests. We consider that you have lots of hours during the day until 10.30-11.00 pm to take a shower, and if not, the mornings are any time free to do it, and not when others are sleeping already.
I understand that you come here for holidays and you don't want to be restricted by rules but please remember that Airbnb are homes that provide some services and accommodation at least 3 times cheaper than a hotel. So, you choose our house because is affordable price and well located to the city centre and convenient to Victoria station, but at the same time you would like to do whatever at any time and not respect simple house rules.
Future guests, let me inform you what happen... we did a mistake locating these guests in another room (we have two rooms in the house to rent in Airbnb and we located them in big room that is more expensive than the one they paid for.) They did not mention it and after 5 days, when we realised that the next guests where coming to that room, we asked them politely if they would not mind to be relocated in the cosy room. I'm certain they wrote this review because they were upset moving their luggage and personal stuff the last day. We asked politely how we could proceed to change their stuff to the other room at their best convenience, and we definitely, didn't asked them to come back home to do the change on the same day, instead we agreed that the next day, when the others guests were left, we would clean the room and move their stuff for them, so they would not need to worry. We have screenshots to prove Airbnb that what we are saying is true.
Last thing, in our apartment, we provide space to leave their personal hygiene products in the bathroom. We only ask to take back to your room towels and bathmat provided, so nobody else uses yours.
Can you imagine to leave all the towels and bathmats wet in the bathroom after use it? NO thanks
All our rules are fair to everyone, we as hosts, don't do it neither. We have being doing Airbnb for almost two years now and we have experience knowing what is the best for a nice stay for everybody.
So, apologies Taylor for the mistake we have made with the location of your room but we don't think you need to tell lies about your experience because you were upset due to our error.
