This privately owned two-story terrace house is a beautiful mix between old and new. With the amazing vintage characteristics and modern and clean design of the living spaces, you’ll be able to relax, enjoy and entertain. You will have a tastefully designed private courtyard with an array of evening sun and a 2 story brick wall with ivy and a mature lemon tree. All of this and a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the CBD and the Queen Victoria Market.

Living Space
This impressive private home is a great mix between old and new. With the solid bluestone floors on the ground level, it creates a beautiful accent to the modern Scandinavian design and vintage fireplace. Above the fireplace is a 55” LED smart TV with Netflix. If you don’t want to watch TV, you can relax on the vintage Danish leather couch with your favourite book or magazine.

Sleeping Space
There are two bedrooms on the first floor for you to enjoy.

The main bedroom has it’s own private terrace that overlooks Little Leveson as well as an original fireplace.

The second bedroom has unbelievable evening light and large wardrobes.

Eating Space
The kitchen is really the heart of this home with the commercial grade 6-burner stove. You surely can create an amazing meal with all the available cooking space.

The dinning area is just off the kitchen. You have a dining table that can seat 4-6 people (6 is a bit of a squeeze) with a cozy fireplace just beside it. Also in the dining room, you have a desk area to work from.

There is a great bathroom at the end of the kitchen that features of bathtub and rain shower. There is also a washer in the bathroom for you to use.

Extra Space
The outdoor space of this home is absolutely beautiful. You will love spending the evenings eating a meal under the lights and lit torches. There is also a bistro table for a quick coffee in the morning.

This property is not suitable for any events, social gatherings, parties, meetings, etc. The maximum occupancy at any time is 5 guests.

**We do require Government Issue ID at time of check in. If you are not able to produce your ID, we legally cannot grant you access to the property.**

We are happy to check you in at any time. We do charge a $50 surcharge for check-ins from 22h00-08h00 as this is outside normal operating hours.

If you have a late flight, we have teamed up with a car service company that is able to check you in to avoid the surcharge. They will verify your ID, have you sign the required paperwork from LittleStay, and, finally, hand you the keys and information sheet that will help for a semi-self check-in. Their rates do vary so please let us know how many people and luggage and we will take care of the rest.

If you have any further inquiries, please don’t hesitate to ask prior to booking.

While we will try my best to accommodate earlier check in and later check out, we cannot guarantee your requests. Please inquire before booking.

Please Note: If we are not able to accommodate your early or late check in/out request, we can hold your luggage from 8am (08h00) until 6pm (18h00) at our office in North Melbourne. Alternatively, there are luggage lockers at Southern Cross Station that can store your belongings for 24 hours

If requesting a same day booking, please allow up to 2 hours from time of booking checking in.

Clean and accommodating place to stay. Central to all Melbourne has to offer plus it's close to a couple of amazing coffee and food locations to visit.

The flat is utterly clean and stylish. It’s within walking distance to CBD and close to tram station. Host is super quick in response. Definitely good value for your money.
