ABOUT THE HOUSE
After a day on the coast, relax in the open-concept living area with two leather couches. Make a batch of popcorn, then settle in for a movie night in front of the 60” flat screen TV.
A second sitting area also has a 60” flat screen TV and leather accent chairs. A separate area offers a quiet spot to unwind in a leather couch with glass-top coffee table.
A well-equipped kitchen gleams with cobalt blue countertops and stainless steel appliances; you’ll find all of the essentials needed for whipping up a feast. A bar island offers seating for two.
Share meals and chat about tomorrow’s adventures and at the dark wood dining table with seating for eight.
On warm days, take a dip in your splash pool, located in the private backyard. There’s also a kids’ picnic table, four-seat patio table, and a gas grill—ideal for afternoon BBQs or candlelight dinners.
There’s sleeping space for 10 between three bedrooms and 2 queen sleeper sofas.
A king bed awaits in the spacious master bedroom. Laze beneath the sheets watching the 42” TV, or grab a book and relax on the couch. An en-suite bathroom features a dressing area, jetted tub, and shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, a 42” flat screen TV, couch, and ample closet space.
In the third bedroom, there’s a single daybed, closet, and a desk area. Open the sliding glass door and head to the pool for a quick dip before breakfast.
A guest bathroom features a shower with floor-to-ceiling mosaic tiles.
There is a washer/dryer, cable TV, and parking space for five in the driveway.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
