This Spacious Apartment is located in Siolim at Tropical dreams, in a gated complex and perfect for a couples. It is situated far from the city in a Goan Village surrounded by paddy fields and coconut yards Nearest Market is 1.5 km. Self-Driven car or bike is a must. There is a common swimming pool a parking area and 24x 7 security is provided. Kindly note mobile signals are limited in this area.

This Serene One Bedroom Apartment rests on the second floor without lift facility and can accommodate 2 guests. The apartment is furnished with aNon Ac Livin living cum kitchen area, Air-conditioned bedroom with toilet with a balcony with balconies.

Living Area:
The living area has a coffee table with a L shaped sofa which can seat 2 people . The living are and kitchen is attached . The kitchen area has an Induction, fridge with basic utensils for light cooking.

Dining Area:
A dining area has a Dining table with 2 chairs for the guest use .

Master Bedroom:
The bedroom is air-conditioned with with 1 king sized bed with a side table , a wardrobe with mirror with attached bathroom with shower facility and 24X7 hot and cold water is available. The bedroom opens is a balcony or sit-out with the view of paddy fields and coconut yards.
Food home delivery on call and bike rental available in neighborhood.

You have access to swimming pool, badminton court. Swimming pool is accessible from morning 8.30 am to evening 5.30 pm. Please carry swimwear. Submit Xerox of id (of each guest who want to access) to the watchman to be allowed to access swimming pool, guests are not allowed to access gym. This is one time only, and mandatory.

Late check out after 2 PM will be charged the full day’s tariff.

- 1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same. 2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly. A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property. In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure. 3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.

Séjour de 1 nuit minimum.
