Two bedrooms upstairs, kids room a single bed and a cot, spare room can be made up as a double or two singles (proper spring mattress on the floor no base)

The natural bush is beautiful and peaceful and there's lots of lovely green grass. Regular visits from black wallabies and king parrots and you just might spot the wombat and a bunny or two. The birdsong is beautiful.
Not a display home. But a comfortable and fully functioning family home.
We have little kids so there's a great swing and a sandpit as well as an outdoor mud kitchen an tramp, I'm happy to leave out the high chair, baby bath an cot if required.
It's our home. I'd love it to be enjoyed and cared for as we do.
No smoking indoors please.
Pets welcome outdoors only. Please be mindful of neighbours with livestock please don't let your pets wander from the property. No fencing.
The pantry room off the kitchen will be locked. Please don't try to access it.
