We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours!

There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

• Maximum group size: 5
• Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties
• No candles
• Dispose of rubbish appropriately
• Keep the property clean and tidy
• Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
• Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
• Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
• Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost

**Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £40 late check-in fee
**Please also note the check in hours are between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check ins between 10pm and 12am, and £40 for check ins past midnight

Amazing flat!!! Exactly as pictured. 2 minutes walk to the Tube station & grocery. Very clean. Bed was confortable. Would go back tomorrow morning.

Bright, spacious appartment is exactly how to describe this appartment. The view of the neighbourhood was amazing and we could see the new Tottenham Hotspurs areana in the distance. The appartment was well suited for 5 people, with two well designed bathrooms. We had privacy from our children. The kitchen, living space area was spacious for us to spend time at home and not be under each others feet. The kitchen was well equiped and the fridge and oven were clean for our use. The appartment is a five minute enjoyable walk to Tottenham Hale tube station and the British Rail line to Stanstead/Cambridge. We went to different areas of London and connections were easy. If Harry Potter is on your list of attractions it is two easy connections and about 45 mins away. If you want to walk after supper there is a nice trail around the reservoir or beside the canal. William had left a book with all the local details, banks, stores, necessary phone numbers etc. You have to walk by the Tesco Express every time you come home. It closes at 9. They sell food, beer and wine. Our host could not meet us personally but we were met by a friend who showed us where everything was, and how to look the doors and windows. I would totally recommend this appartment for a family stay in London. You can enjoy the city and also escape to the beautiful countryside north of London.
