Kona Reef Condo #A4 is an oceanfront ground floor unit with magnificent ocean views from the covered Lanai out to the abundant activities unfolding at your doorstep. The condo is only a few hundred meters/yards walk to shops, restaurants and markets in the Kailua-Kona village.
This Ocean Front condo has air conditioning for your convenience but many guests rarely use it as the ocean breezes flow nicely through the screened, lanai doors and main screened door. Screens are also on windows in the Bedroom which is furnished with a King Bed, generous closet, drawers and TV/DVD unit.
The kitchen area is surrounded by a granite counter and circular eating area with stools. Kitchen activities with a view to the ocean is mandatory and a dishwasher is included. All you need is your toothbrush as the kitchen is fully supplied with utensils, cooking/baking tools, linens and small appliances. Even a coffee grinder for those famous Kona Coffee beans. Our favorite is the "Ferraris Coffee" purchased from a small truck parked off the side street opposite Huggo's Cafe beside near the ABC Store at our end of Alii Drive.
The living area is furnished with a sofa sleeper, TV/DVD unit and side table with Radio/CD player. The lanai has granite slate with a lounge chair, table and chairs. Perfect for late dinners and great sunsets! Some owners have tagged our unit as the Jungle unit, after a complete renovation in the past few years and it maintains a cozy feeling with its granite slate flooring throughout, the odd scatter rug and local paintings on the walls.
Kona Reef condominiums are a 4 star plus facility, comprised of 130 units in 6 separate buildings. Honl's beach is adjacent to Kona Reef with its brilliant white sand and sunbathing. Strong swimmers in calmer sea conditions, often snorkel in the ocean a few steps from the condo to see some of the most colorful fish you will ever see. The complex offers an oceanfront pool with newer tiled decks, hot tub(spa), bbq area with grills, shower/toilets near pool, and friendly owners, some of whom can be as knowledgeable as the local tour operators. Free open parking, covered and other uncovered parking on the property is available.
This is a No Smoking, No Pets property. 3 night minimum stay required, 10 night minimum during Ironman/Christmas.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
