A quiet single bedroom in a five bed room colonial home. The room is outfitted with a queen size bed bedside table and a dresser. There are two windows in the room which is filled with warm light first thing in the morning. The house is located in the center of town near the Piscataquog river, Community Church, the Hillsborough County 4H grounds, a quaint general store (Dodge's), a Cafe and Molly's the local tavern. Centrally located to Concord, Manchester, and Nashua.
The house was built in the 1890s, was electrified in the 1960s and has been undergoing continual improvements since our purchase in 2005. Wide pine wood floors in every room give the house a warm and inviting feeling. Newly installed modern windows keep the house warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
