There is electric security gates to the parking area and the lift access to the second floor. This apartment has a bright living dining area open to a modern kitchen, a big bedroom with a kingsize Bed.
This Apartment is newly built, offering a beautiful fresh space for guests. The bed room has a king size bed with ample wardrobe space ( fresh bed linen and towels are included) amenities catered for, washing machine, all cooking utensils, TV etc. Every you could ask for during your stay.

Not particularly relevant, but this is a two bed apartment. The small box room is locked as it is used for storage, not for guest use. Hence we advertise this as a one bed apartment (King size bed).
Don't worry, it just storage, there is no one else there... :)
The Wi-Fi is a mobile device, really helpful for those want to take wifi out around Northern Ireland, make calls, connect your own device to or even just you use maps when you are out in the city!
Always travel with a travel insurance that includes trip cancellation!
Please note that we have strict cancellation policy! If you are not able to make it to the apartment for any reason out of your hands, the insurance should pay for the trip and the apartment rental.
This apartment is located in a quiet residential area so please respect our neighbours peace and quiet and keep the noise down after 10 PM. Also, no parties or groups exceeding four are allowed and may even result in immediate eviction and /or loss of deposit.
This is a residential area so neighbours must be respected. If it is access noise your deposit will be withheld , and you will be asked to leave. This is also shoeless apartment, I would appreciate you take off your outdoor shoes before you enter the apt to keep the apt clean. Thank your
