ABOUT THE HOUSE
Gaze across a landscape of tree-studded hillsides from the comfort of the spacious main living room. A couch, love seat, and two club chairs sit beneath a vaulted ceiling, and a grand stone fireplace warms chilly nights.
The living room yields to a large dining area, where a polished wood table seats six.

On the second floor, a separate living area/media room offers more space in which to unwind. There’s comfy seating for seven, a gas fireplace, a four-seat dining table, and a 50” flat screen TV with a DVD player and PS3.
Outdoors, enjoy sweeping views from your private deck, complete with a BBQ grill and private hot tub for indulgent end-of-day soaks.
The house sleeps up to thirteen guests between three bedrooms and a den with a queen trundle bed and a twin-size bed.
The spacious master bedroom boasts a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a fireplace. A palatial en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, jetted tub, and large steam shower with multiple showerheads.
The additional bedrooms are located upstairs. The second bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV, while the third room, with its two twin-over-full bunk beds, is great for kids.
Both rooms share access to a bathroom with a double-sink vanity and tub/shower combination. There are two additional guest bathrooms, both with a walk-in shower.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
