The apt is in the heart of the city, you can walk to all of the central attractions (Chapultepec, Zocalo, Angel de la Independencia... etc).
There are 2 bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows that provide for a bright and airy place. If you like to cook, the kitchen comes complete with every utensil that you would need -- there are a number of spices to help as well! I keep the place extremely clean. The building comes with a front desk security available 24/7.
If you'd like to cook, the kitchen comes complete with almost every utensil that you would need to produce an award winning meal - all the pots, pans, utensils, silverware and plates you'll need! To top it off, I have a number of spices to help with your culinary masterpiece.
Open airy space with floor to ceiling windows that provide ample light. The space has been designed for you to get cozy with bean bags and cushions (and to enjoy the wooden floors). And for those of you that are artistically inclined, there is an acoustic guitar for entertainment! Please note that there is no couch!
There are two bathrooms: one in the main living area and the other in your room. Towels, shampoo, soap...etc are all provided as we know it is not always fun to travel with all that extra baggage! (There's even sunscreen!)
Floor to ceiling windows providing ample light! If you happen to not be a fan of light, there are curtains that can be drawn. The bed is "Matrimonio" size, which is just a bit smaller than Queen (if you're under 6'1ft/185cm you'll be fine).
There is security staff on-sight 24/7. They manage the lobby and entrance, and will let you in and out of the building.
You're free to use the roof top. The washer/dryer is available for you to use as well.
And yes, that is a real street sign.

I'm usually not home during the day, but in the evenings am free to show you around or make recommendations on where to go. We can also just be awkward about it and not talk, that's cool too.
I like to cook so I will probably invite you to eat things. -- yes, we can make Phở :)
This apt may NOT be good for you if:
1) You are a light sleeper.
The apt is located on a main street and you can hear traffic from the room. Most of the time, it's not too noisy, but for a light sleeper it might be too much.
2) If you need long showers.
The building installed "eco-friendly" water heaters that will run hot water for 5-10 minutes depending on how you shower.
- * No shoes in the house :)
- *** Upon booking your reservation, a copy of your ID (or Passport) is required. The building policy requires a copy of ID from all guest entering the building. For security, when you arrive to the building, security/admin will match your ID to give you keys to enter!

I'm from Vietnam but live in Mexico City ...I also lived in the US for sometime and graduated from UW(ashington). I've been working in Latin America for about 5 years now, 4 of that in Mexico. So we can speak in English or Spanish (or Vietnamese)!
In college I used to CouchSurf, so when the other room in my apt opened up, I thought it was a good time to try Airbnb!
Things I do for fun: cook, eat, dance (salsa/bachata..etc), walk....
