The living room area is spacious with a which has a sofa coffee table , 2 cane chairs , and a TV set with Tata Sky connection. It opens to a balcony with the view of the complex . It does not have a pool view but a view of the garden area. The Parking space is private. There is a lift in the complex with 24 x7 security service.
The kitchen is separated from the living area by a sliding glass door partition. The kitchen is modern with a Double Door fridge , Microwave, Faber 4 burner cooktop with chimney, Hot Water Kettle. and a Dish Washer.
The Dining area has a table for 2 guests to enjoy your meals.
The Master Bedroom has an air-conditioned bedroom with 2 side tables with wall lamps on either side. It has a wardrobe with mirror for guest comfort. There is an attached bath with shower with 24 x7 hot and cold water.
The Guest Bedroom is air-conditioned with a double bed with 2 side tables and bed lights on either side. There are 2 chairs to relax . There is a Iron board with an iron provided for guest use.
The common bathroom has a bath tub with 24 X7 hot and cold water. There is also a washing machine for guest use and comfort.

- 1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same. 2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly. A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property. In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure. 3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.
