Three bedroom spacious semi detached house with sizeable front and back south facing gardens, with off-road parking and choice of outdoor or indoor dining areas.
If coming in summer months we can even supply a barbecue so you can make the most of the summer, and feel free to help yourself to the organic fruit and vegetables growing in front and side gardens. (This year we're growing plums, pears, apples, cherries, olives, blueberries, raspberries, kale, French beans, peas, sugar snap peas, courgette, broccoli, spinach, lettuce and kohl Rabi)
Main bedroom is a kingsized bright and airy room. The second double bedroom overlooks the allotment and contains really comfy sofa bed, or comforts into a comfy music room with piano.
In addition to comfortably housing 4 adults the third bedroom is perfectly set up for two toddlers. We have a 2 year old and 4 year old so room equipped as such.
Comfy bright room with South facing patio doors leading out to wide (grip sure) decking, patio area and landscaped gardens. An instant recess fireplace transforms the room in the touch of a button. Dining area with extendable table enables sitting for 8 people.
Fully equipped modern kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. You will get fridge space and a private cupboard to store your food stuff in.

Landscaped gardens with allotment to the front and side, and a bright south facing garden with a fresh patio and decking area, outdoor seating and lawn.
Mature gardens contain Japenese maples, fruit trees, olive trees, soft fruit patch and vegetables.
Full access to wifi, smart TV, barbecue and may be able to supply bikes upon request. We can also supply a range of musical instruments (piano, guitars, percussion) if you fancy! And if in season - feel free to help yourself to the garden produce!
About the area
We are fairly centrally based but in a quiet, safe & green area of Glasgow. We are minutes away from two massive parks (Belahouston & Pollock) which offer mountain biking, dry slope skiing, Art Gallery, the Burrell Collection, cafes and restaurants. We are located just below the Clyde where you can get boat trips along the river or have an evening stroll admiring the Glasgow bridges. We are close to a large 24 hour supermarket to get everything you need, plus the usual fast food places, and are close to variety of Chinese/Indian take aways etc.
The estate is just off Paisley Road West where buses leave every ten minutes or so throughout the day. Personally I cycle and get into city centre within 15-20 minutes. Close to access to M8, M77 and M74 for driving into city centre, or exploring other parts of Scotland. We are also just South of the River Clyde where you can also get river tours if you fancy!
