This Cozy One bedroom Residence is located at “Monarch Palms Candolim. Being right next to the Golden Tulip Resort and having the I.T.C Fortune Park just around the corner, makes this complex very convenient to reach. This is a residential complex of One Bedroom Boutique apartments located in Candolim, the throbbing tourist hub, and has easy access to the beautiful pristine beaches of Candolim, Calangute and Baga.

This Apartment rests on the 4th Floor, This apartment can accommodate maximum 4 guests. It has One Air-Conditioned bedroom with a double bed. Extra mattresses are provided. It also has a lift facility and private parking in the complex and 24X7 security services.

Living Area:
Living room area is spacious inclusive of a modern sofa with coffee table and TV with Tata Sky connection to relax and enjoy some entertainment.

Dining Area:
Dining area is attached to the living area. It has a dining table that can seat four.

The kitchen is separate and is fully equipped with a Double door fridge, , Induction plate, , frying pan , kadai, chopping board , hot water kettle and basic utensils and cutlery. The kitchen opens to a balcony with the view of the complex and also has a washing machine for guest comfort.

Master Bedroom:
The Master bedroom is spacious and air-conditioned with a side table and has a Double bed with an modern bathroom with 24 x7 hot and cold water . It has doubled door wardrobe with a mirror and clothes stand to dry clothes. The bedroom also has a balcony with a lovely view of the entire complex.

Amenities: Air-conditioned bedroom, Fridge, Induction, Hot water kettle, washing machine, Tv with Tata Sky, Clothes stand.

There is a common pool for the exclusive use of all the guests. Swimming pool rules consist of abiding by the dress code ie swimming trunks for male & swimming costume for ladies and are mandatory.
This Property is managed by a Property Management. Company. We provide an on call service relating to all your problems and concerns. Our host is present to welcome you on arrival at the property. Your stay will be taken care by our well trained team of property managers and housekeeping staff. Autres remarques

1 )As per the Goa Government Rule it is mandatory to carry the Original ID proof/ Address proof of all Guests ( passport, election card, driving license ) staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry Original and Xerox copy of their ID proofs.
If Original Ids are not produced at the time of arrival a refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property.

2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly.
In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests is expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.

3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night. Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.
