Located 20 minutes to Fredericton, this home is off Exit 258 of the Trans Canada Highway, which is right on the way to or from Fredericton and Nova Scotia/PEI. A perfect alternative to staying right in Fredericton, and an opportunity to experience waterfront living! Would also make a great property for a special event like a family reunion day, retreat or other gathering - inquire for special arrangements. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so large groups are easily accommodated. You enter into a large foyer. On the main floor, there are 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. One also has a walk-in closet and propane fireplace. There is also a large eat-in kitchen and a very large livingroom with a wood fireplace (wood provided). Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms, both with patio doors that walk out to the deck and view. There is a 3rd bathroom downstairs as well as a double futon in a common family room if you have more than 8 guests. The kitchen is equipped with all of the basics to cook meals for 8-10 people. There is a dishwasher and a gas range. The main space is very open concept. Outdoors, this house sits on over an acre of land so it is quite private. You can swim in this water. Feel free to also bring your own boat! The house is located very close to King's Landing Historical Settlement, Mactaquac Provinical Park, Woolastok Park (great mountain biking) and Crabbe Mountain. Fredericton is 20 minutes or less. **PLEASE NOTE: We are currently redecorating, so pictures will be updated once done. All brand new beds going in as of July 2017 as well as an 8 person dining table and new livingroom furniture. Also **PLEASE NOTE: The slide and ramp in the photos are no longer on the property for safety reasons, but there is a great dock (pictured) for swimming, fishing and canoeing. Bring your own watercraft.
