This adorable spot is in a great location for any visit to the Denver area. The house is walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, shops and bars on Tennyson Street, and a short distance from Red Rocks and some of Denver's other great neighborhoods. ...Or relax at home and enjoy dinner on the patio. The place is great for couples or friends traveling together. The whole house will be yours, including the great patio area, driveway for parking, dining area, living room and office.
My little old house is a great place to spend a few days. It was built in 1892 and has been partially renovated.
The living room and office are in the front of the house and get a ton of afternoon sunshine. The extra bedroom is right off the living room and has a private bath attached, with a charming clawfoot tub. There is also a really nice memory foam mattress in there. That bedroom is an interior room and has no windows, but there is a window in the attached bath.
The galley kitchen connects the living room to the dining room. While fully equipped, it could use some updating. It has all the things you'd need to whip up a great meal while you're here, though.
The dining room is updated and flows nicely from the living room to the back patio. The dining table seats 6 comfortably.
The master is tucked away off the dining room, and is really cozy. There is a Tempurpedic mattress on that bed, and a newly renovated master bath.
Finally, the back patio is a great spot to spend the late afternoon / early evening or enjoy your morning coffee. There is a grill, seating for 5 on a covered porch, and dining seating for 6.

There is a code for the front door that I'll give you before check in. This will be your "key" so that you can come and go as you please during your stay.
The garage out back and basement are not available to guests and will be locked.

While you're staying at my place, I'll probably be traveling somewhere locally and available via phone or text if you need anything at all. Otherwise, I have a close friend / co-host in the neighborhood that can help if anything urgent arises.
The city of Denver imposes a 10.75% Lodger’s Tax on reservations of fewer than 30 nights. I'm, unfortunately, responsible for collecting this in a separate transaction at the time of booking.
I have a Ring doorbell installed, which also has a camera. This is not to record your coming and going, but just for general security of the house.
