This apartment is a modern conversion of an old Edinburgh whisky bond. Throughout there are beams and whisky barrels.
The whole apartment is yours and it is fully equipped for holiday lets or corporate stays but with no personal things in it. It is light, airy and comfortable. There are superb restaurants and cafes nearby including a Michelin Star restaurant opposite. You are 2 mins from the Royal Yacht Britannia, 5 mins from the cinema, gym and shopping mall. A bus stop is 30 secs from the door linking to the airport (56 mins) and Waverley Station (19 mins). There is also a direct bus (30 mins) to Murrayfield Stadium if you're thinking about visiting for the Six Nation Championships in the Spring.

I do not live in the property and it is for your exclusive use. I use a cleaning and concierge agency to make sure that you are met with keys and that the apartment is spotless with fresh linen and towels.
The property is not suitable for mobile children because the windows open outwards and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
This apartment is professionally cleaned for your arrival and on your departure but not during your stay. If you would like an additional cleaning or laundry service please talk to my concierge company when you check in to arrange this and make payment directly to them. 1 set of linen and towels is provided.
If more than 2 hours of cleaning is needed when you leave then additional cleaning hours are charged at £15 per hour and the cost will be deducted from your deposit (this has never ever happened... everyone has left it fine before).
You can arrive any time after 1pm until 8pm. If the flat is empty and has been cleaned then it may be possible for you to arrive sooner, just ask. We can arrange a late arrival but have to pay the concierge company a premium for this. After 8pm the charge is £20, after 10pm it is £40 and after 11pm it is £50. This would be payable directly to the concierge company.
Smoking is not allowed, but if you do then we will have to pass on part of the cost of a full carpet and upholstery clean to you. This would be £100 and deducted from your deposit.
I love Scotland and was a student in Edinburgh before settling to work here too. This flat was where I lived during this time. Since then I have moved as I have had 4 little children and prefer country living. I still visit Edinburgh often and particularly like the Shore area of Leith for its restaurants, cinema and waterfront living.
