Hi Margaux I’m very sorry you had a bad experience in my apartment, about the text I sent you at 11am was an emergency as it rained so much someone reported some leak in the roof and we needed to check your flat too, that’s all we have done, the visit lasted less then 5 minutes, i’m sorry you were out but it was an emergency. As you said you arrived earlier than expected and the apartment wasn’t ready, of course. You wanted to gain access anyway and my cleaner felt very pressured by you standing there waiting impatiently, looking disappointed while talking your own language and he might have missed some spots. In your private feedback you said it was a joke you had to pay for the extra person to stay but on my page the extra guests costs are clearly stated, i’m sorry you missed that too. Also you previously asked by message for 2 double beds to be made and rudely demanded the third bed linen once you arrived.
