I am disheartened to hear the property was not as clean as you would have liked. I hired a professional cleaning company to do a deep clean of the unit both before and after your stay so I'm very sorry it wasn't truly deep clean. I wish you told me while you were there because I would have sent them back. I have had issues with the level of service that company provided and am now using a much better cleaning crew. Additionally, I myself will be staying in the unit for the next few weeks and will personally be deep cleaning every inch of it because it is very important to me that I provide a superbly clean space to my guests.
