A spacious 3 bedroom townhome located in the gated Coral Hammock community, the perfect location when you are looking to explore island life yet retreat in to the quiet at the end of the day, 2 miles from Smathers Beach and 4 miles to Old Town Key West; the options are limitless.
Coral Casita is new to the market with all new furnishings top to bottom and designer details in every room. A main level with an abundance of living space to unwind and sunny private balconies to stretch out. Add to it a complete kitchen with all the supplies needed to prepare your island fare or a margarita and spacious dining area to gather and enjoy.
Two oversized bedrooms with king beds and a third with 2 twins along with an additional sleeper sofa in the living area provide ample sleeping space to slumber at the end of the day.
Located within the community is a large shared pool with plenty of lounging space to soak up the Key West sunshine.
Coral Casita also provides the perfect location to enjoy some of our best locals' favorite restaurants, only minutes from HogFish Bar Grill, Hurricane Hole Marina and Roostica Taverna; you may never want to make a meal during your stay.

Upon making the reservation the Check in Procedure form is going to be sent to you with the directions to our office where keys and check in packet will be picked up, along with directions how to get to the property, parking instructions and emergency number you can call should you have any issues during after hours.
Our office is conveniently located in town.
Check in time is 4PM or any time after, check out time is 10AM

Our staff knows “all the cool places” the island has to offer and will help to assist you in making your Key West vacation memorable. We can suggest our favorite restaurants and bars, places to visit, beaches to go to, museums and other attractions.
We can keep you updated with any upcoming events.
We are here to recommend where to rent bicycles or scooters, where to dock your boat, which wedding or party planner or personal chef to contact. We know it all.
If you need any additional information or recommendations or in case there is a maintenance issue our office is open Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM (closed between 12:30 – 1:30PM), on Saturdays from 10AM to 2PM (from December until the first week in April we are open until 4PM and closed on Sundays. After office hours we can be reached at the emergency number provided to you on your Check in form.
AHKW or authorized agents may need to enter the property for the purpose of inspection, maintenance or real estate showing. Our best efforts will be made to advise you of our need to enter the property to prevent disruption of your vacation.
WIFI, garbage pick-up dates and other necessary information will be posted on the refrigerator at the property.
Linens, towels and beach towels are provided for all our properties.
Our tropical island includes many creatures happily roaming around, including geckos, lizards, chickens, iguanas, cats and ants. Most visitors enjoy watching our strange collection of animals. Ants are the only real complaint. The best way to curb these household critters is not to leave ANY open food out. Even crackers and sealed bread can attract these little beasts. After making your margaritas and pina coladas, make sure to wipe the countertops and rinse the blender or you WILL be the party spot for unwanted guests.
Thank You for choosing At Home in Key West, Inc. for your vacation rental accommodation. You will be contacted by one of our friendly reservation specialist within 24 to 48 hours in order to re-confirm pricing and reservation dates and emailed with a rental agreement for signature.
PETS: Unless specifically noted NO PETS are allowed in the property. Reports of unauthorized pets may result in the termination of this agreement with no refund. ALL pets MUST be pre-approved and a security deposit is required. Security deposit payment due with final payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 61-90 days prior to arrival date
HURRICANE POLICY: There will be NO REFUND in the event of a hurricane threat, hurricane or hurricane aftermath if the guest chooses not to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES: Guests assume all responsibility for behavior of self and their guests and agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the condominium or development. The total number of persons allowed in the property at any time is restricted to the stated limit for each property. This limit includes all persons of any age occupying the property, regardless of available bedding. Eviction without refund is the penalty for guests that do not abide by the rules, regulations or restrictions. Should guests behavior necessitate eviction (including a complaint of noise or any other violation set forth by the County of Monroe in the City of Key West, or any applicable condominium or homeowner's association rules and regulations) all prepaid rents and deposits shall be considered earned. No occupants under the age of 25 are allowed unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
PARKING: Unless specifically noted no parking is included in this reservation. Key West is a small island and parking is limited. If you have special parking requirements such as a camper, any type of trailer, wave runner, etc. you must make prior arrangements.
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside any rental. Any interior smoking will result in additional cleaning costs at guest’s expense.
RIGHT OF ENTRY: At Home In Key West, Inc. and or an authorized employee or repairman may enter the premises during normal business hours for any purpose pertaining to repair, improvement, inspections, showings or any other reason.

Art, our Maintenance Manager (a/k/a Miracle Worker) can repair just about anything that can break and quickly so your visit is not disrupted.
