Gorgeous historic block w/a 5 minute walk to Prospect Park. One block to the express 2/3 Grand Army Plaza stop; 2 blocks to the express B/Q trains at 7th Ave on Flatbush. Super close to all the great restaurants and shops in Park Slope and Prospect Heights.
Please note: I live here! So you'll be staying among/within my things. It's super homey and cozy, with lots of character, and I hire a cleaning service before each guest. If you're looking for minimalism or hotel-like accommodations, you might want to find something newly renovated. This is a great place to stay if you want to be surrounded by books, plants, candles, and art. :)
I also have a sweet cat, Indy. She is very low maintenance and has lived with countless AirBnB'ers/house swappers/subletters/housesitters. All you have to do is give her food and water. If you like cats, great! If you don't, you might not want to book.
