Hi Austin, I appreciate the positive feedback about the location, the apartment and how clean it was for your stay. I am sorry again for the delay you experienced. We do ask our guests via a message on Airbnb, within minutes of confirming their reservation, to complete the guest agreement and specifically mention that failing to do so will lead to delays. We understand some guests might overlook things from time to time and we certainly did all we could to follow up and ensure we got you in as quickly as possible once you finally completed the agreement on the day of your arrival, which I really appreciate you noting. Regarding the cameras, there are in fact cameras in the public hallways of the building, just like you would find in any residential apartment building or hotel.. or most public places for that matter and are installed to protect the building and its residents.
