Thank you for your honest feedback, it's much appreciated, however I also feel that it's slightly unfair, given the circumstances below:
1. Personal check in - once again, I apologise for not be present at check in, however I did explain that I had surgery, therefore I am on strict bedrest - and you even kindly wished me a very speedy recovery. Unfortunately these are circumstances out of my control and my colleague (who shares Airbnb hosting with me) checked you in and reported all went well.
2. Parking - our apartment offers FREE unrestricted parking in the whole street/complex with over 100 parking spaces, which is extremely rare to find in London. This was all explained at check in and I am sorry if you felt a bit confused. I wish you'd requested more information prior to your check in. Normally, our guests are very happy with free parking facilities, which reflects on my past reviews.
I have already discussed this matter with Airbnb customer service team, who as always have been very helpful and are looking into this, as I strongly feel it's rather unfair.
