Built as a large master bedroom, this 23' x 14.5' room has a King bed and room to move around. The ceiling is approx. 14' so it is light and airy. The bathroom has a tub, and a walk in shower, but no doors on the bathroom, because it was meant for people who live together. I will be adding a decorative screen in the future, in case you have guests, or want more privacy in the bath.
I own an alarm company, but it is winding down. I have gotten into woodworking, so don't let the driveway scare you but I do sanding and wood burning there. My wife moved out 5 months ago, and we are working on the paperwork, so not happy about that , but Airbnb is helping me move on through the income in renting out MY master bedroom. I need to get better pictures because it is better than most $100-$175 hotels. I designed the room with a 14 ft ceiling, and open bathroom (no doors on any of it). I enjoy not needing to clean a shower door, but at 46" x 6' it keeps most of the water in.
I don't have a life motto, didn't know others do, but I do tell my son things like "everything is Tinkertoys", "you can see how to do almost anything on You tube", and "if YOU make a rule, I will beat you to death with it". So I am a jerk in my own way, just like most of you.
I want this to work, so I take suggestions very seriously, and 2 months in, already have a person who want to come back. So if you want to talk, I can tackle almost any subject, and if you don't want to know me, well that is just fine too. I spent 24 years working alone in attics, so my people skills may not be what you are used to, but I welcome anyone to use but not abuse my room.
