The Harlot House is a former brothel located above the historic Tonopah Liquor Company (TLC) bar in an old stone building constructed in 1906. The first floor of the building has always been a saloon and once included a casino and restaurant. The second floor was a brothel around the 1920s and has it's own front entrance in the back of the bar, located on St. Patrick Street, which was considered the "Red Light District" or more specifically the "Cutlet District" in old Tonopah.
The Harlot House has been recently updated and renovated to accommodate overnight guests. The space embraces it's 1920's brothel heritage with some risque nude art, rooms named after famous prostitutes in history and antique fixtures while staying contemporary with clean design and modern amenities. The space boasts 6 rooms, 6 beds (1 in each room), a full kitchen, 1 full bathroom, 1 half-bathroom and 1 separate, single shower room.
Accès des voyageurs
When booking the "Entire House" guests will have access to the whole second floor. Guests will be given a code for the front door entrances and keys to the individual rooms. There is a private entrance to the space from St. Patrick Street for easy access to the parking area. Ample free parking is available and easily accessed. During bar business hours guests will have access to the bar from the stairwell.
Échanges avec les voyageurs
The Harlot House is a family affair dedicated to making sure guests have access to a host at all times. In addition, during bar business hours, guests can ask the bartender for help and they will make sure the guests needs are addressed.
The Harlot House is located above a bar and therefore we would prefer our guests to be 21+ due to access to the bar. Exceptions may be made, so please feel free to contact us and let us know your situation. Also, because the house is above a bar the house is not completely quiet.
