Welcome! This modern yet sophisticated designer apartment is located right in the heart of Melbourne's shopping, dining and entertainment precinct. Only minutes walk away from the train station, bus stop and trams. No better location than this!

Le logement

Situated right on the corner of Chapel Street and Toorak Road, this apartment is the perfect location to get around this lovely area.

The apartment is located on level 5, modern elegantly styled facing the south which directly overlooks Toorak road.

It has amazing amenities such as a GYM, SAUNA & STEAM ROOM, SWIMMING POOL ( located on level 3).

Resident CINEMA which offers the ultimate entertaining space for hosting guests and small intimate get together, fully equipped with a small kitchen, fridge, boiling water and sink. ( located on level 9)

A HUGE ROOFTOP,BBQ and LOUNGE DINNING also on level 9 with and amazing view overlooking the area.

There is also FREE PARKING allocated during you stay in the downstairs carpark.
The only constraint is that it may not fit larger vehicles such as large 4wd and utes. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this .

The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances and all the necessities for your stay.

Queen size bed with comfy mattress and bedsheets and linen. Build in wardrobe.

Extra bedding can also be provided for max 2 extra people on the sofa bed in the living area. This will incur extra $35 charge per person per night.

Bathroom includes showers,towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and hand cream.

No Smoking strictly in the apartment

Smoking allowed on balcony with balcony doors closed. (Butts are strictly to be left outside in the bin/ashtray provided and NO throwing down the balcony otherwise a fine of up to $500 will apply). This is quite serious to me as I like to maintain good standards for my guest so this must be taken seriously!)

Please shoe off inside the apartment at all times

- Feel free to us the wireless anytime , the only thing I will ask for is please limit your streaming and no movies downloads please :)

- Damages or loss of FOB/KEYS will incur a $200 replacement fee for each and will be deducted from the bond

- Any damages/breakages/theft are is not permitted and any of these will result in loss of your bond or additional charges.

- The number of guest should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation otherwise extra fees will apply

- Parties, unacceptable behaviors and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited as this will affect our reputation to host in the future . Any of these behaviors if occur, you will be evicted from the apartment without refund of your pay to your stay. This also includes the period after the date of eviction.

-Please also pay respect to the other residences within and building and keep all noises down inside or in the public areas.

- We will not be liable for any damages caused to your goods and personal property whether it is caused inside or in any of the common areas.

- This apartment is only charged for domestic use and not commercial

- Please ensure ALL DISHES if cleaned properly and RUBBISH REMOVED upon checkout. To avoid additional
Cleaning charges.

- Towels and linen stained by Grease, makeup, tan, hair dyes or bleach will incur replacement fees

- Please also make sure the apartment is left to similar condition as when you check in

- Rubbish is to be disposed of upon checkout

- Food Spillages is to be cleaned up before leaving

Wow. That's what comes to mind. excellent communication from start to finish. As neat as a pin and clean clean clean. Super comfy with great amenities. A great location too. I cannot recommend higher.
