Great confort few steps from the beach: fresh and quiet, bright and sunny, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, living-room, kitchen, laundry, TV, DVD e wi-fi, parquet. Children are welcome: many toys and books available.

Flat is clean but very dark, balcony is small and useless, there is no aircondition, sockets doesnt match to plugs so its difficult to use some items, host took from us aditional money for cleaning when it was included in a price. i really dont recommend it.

What the customer wrote is really different from what she found during her vacation and what the AirBnb listing reports. The apartment is not dark but really bright, as the pictures show, even windows arrive in height up to the ceiling. In our AirBnB listing everyone could find also the map of the apartment, to let the customer understands the real size of the apartment and the dimensions of each room. The electric system of the apartment is perfectly in compliance with the Italian laws and it is certified: our Vacation Homes were and are in fact authorized by the Municipality of Rome because they respect all by-laws in terms of public health, safety and certified compliance in all internal systems. The air conditioning is not present in the apartment and this is not reported in the AirBnb listing, as well as it shows electric fans in all rooms, as described. The additional costs asked to the customer are concerning the final cleanings and the Municipality tax required by law by the City of Rome. In all these cases, these extra costs are detailed in the AirBnb listing (additional costs) and in the "House Rules”, translated in Italian and in English. Furthermore, all these demonstrate that the customer didn’t read carefully our AirBnb listing. In every case, to be precise, we sent to the customer a very detailed number of mail concerning her booking before her arrival. We didn’t receive any reply. It seems really strange that the customer didn’t write anything about the fact that we were very helpful in what she needed during her staying. We are sorry of this.
We have spent wonderful 9 days-holiday in Ostia! Federica’s appartment is very large and spacious, equiped with all necessary things, it is very cosy and really very close to the beach. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants and markets around. And it is needed just 20 minutes …
