A two-storey detached house . All the rooms are on the second floor. Just steps to the bus stop. It's a 5-minute ride to Richmond Centre and the Canada Line which whizzes you downtown in less than half an hour. We are less than 10 minutes from Vancouver and also from the airport by car.
If you're looking for a clean room in a safe and convenient neighbourhood close to both the airport as well as Grocery, Starbucks, bank, restaurants, pub, nail and hair salon , then we are the best option !

Nina was very nice. The location was close to where I needed to be. Communication was quick. The only thing that was lacking a bit was cleanliness (including the sheets on the bed - there were stains and hairs and I couldn't tell if they were actually clean).

You are renting the whole space; however there is another room which can be accommodated with a different guest. Meaning you might have to share all the space with another guest. Also the room for the different guest is right next to your room so very lack in privacy.

Two private rooms for the entire house. I have listed exactly . I changed Min stay from 3 day to one day only. Reduced the rate from $83 to $60 for 2 persons , plus waived $50 cleaning fee. You did not communicate with at the site or message by Airbnb rather complain to the…

Nina's husband is a very nice and honest person. Highly recommend people to stay here. I left an envelope with $140 for my stay with an extra people, without knowing Nina can apply this amount from Airbnb, Nina's husband returned that money and told me that. Very honest person.
