Newly furnished top floor tenement flat close to the Botanical Gardens, Kelvin Walkway and other West End attractions.

Well fitted out, clean and modern space in a great part of Glasgow. It is light and bright with open views due to the top floor location and the fact that it is not directly overlooked. Has a really private, cosy feel. Well equipped kitchen combined with living room space. Large walk-in shower and comfortable bedroom with kingsize bed.

Free on-street parking (usually right in front of the flat!). Located up flights of stairs on the top floor of a traditional Glasgow tenement. Access to fast Wifi. Iron, ironing board and washing machine can be found in the external landing cupboard with the blue door (key provided). Large supermarket 5 minutes walk from the flat.

Complimentary towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap are provided, as well as tea/coffee will also be provided to guests.

There is also an information pack in the apartment with exclusive discounts highlighting the main attractions, restaurants, best way to get around in the city and much more.

I think this is a really special area - I love walking to the restaurants and cafés on Byres Road, Great Western Road and Ashton Lane through the Botanical Gardens (20 mins) or along the Kelvin Walkway to Kelvingrove Park (30 mins). William Cafe on nearby Queen Margaret Drive is a great place for lunch or a coffee and just a stones throw away from Alexander 'Greek' Thomson's famous sixty steps.

Within 5 minutes of main bus routes; 15 minutes walk from Maryhill Train Station and Hillhead Subway Station.
