We thank Stephen and his partner for staying with us and for sparing a few minutes of his valuable time to write us a review. We regret the inconvenience faced in locating the property. It was in anticipation of this that we provided a contact number and name of James, the caretaker. Indeed, he was the one who drove up to the advised meeting place to wait and lead you to the property.
It's true that the name of the road as indicated on (Hidden by Airbnb) maps is queens road from one direction and bukku road from another, which is not the name of the road on the ground (kiwafu close) as labelled by the municipality. We are actively liaising with the same Entebbe Municipal Council to ensure this is harmonized.
The problem with the towel cropped in when you changed rooms. The room you changed to inadvertently had one towel. On realizing this, the property attendant brought you another towel which you declined informing him that you had carried another towel of your own (a blue towel). Normally, we place two towels in every room. This was an oversight that is regrettable and we apologize.
Regarding Wi-Fi, it is true that at the time the booking was made, Wi-Fi was included in the rate. This has since changed to portable Wi-Fi with a Huawei sim card router provided for guests to load airtime per their needs. We did however provide you with a complimentary 1GB of data on the night spent at our property.
We thank you for staying with us and we look forward to hosting you again in future.
