I personally checked Kuldip Gill in and inspected the apartment. There was no complains about cleanliness. Kuldip booked to stay for 5 nights. After the 2nd night, he sent me a cancellation and a message demanding a refund - he wrote in the message "...What I said is that do the early cancellation and (we) won't write a bad review. Also remove cleaning fee as the place was not cleaned/....". I replied that it's not fair to complain about the place not clean after he has stayed for 2 days but I offered to clean the apartment again anyway. When my parents arrived to clean the apartment, they found a bed broken and the apartment was dirty with loose hair everywhere. It turned out, Kuldip's wife arrived after the 2nd night and they needed the place cleaned. After cleaning, Kuldip cancelled the cancellation but we are ready to receive this negative review.
