Constructed in the late 18th century, this historic Upper Fell's Point loft is an old department store converted into apartments. It is one of the tallest buildings in Fell's Point and once served as the art studio for the renowned abstract expressionist painter, Grace Hartigan. With giant, west-facing windows, you will enjoy a whole new view of Baltimore and some incredible sunsets! It is walking distance to the water front, tons of bars and restaurants, and plenty of live music.

Le logement
Hang out in the front room and take advantage of all the big windows! It's a great room to enjoy during full sunshine, sunsets, stormy days when you can watch the fog settle in over the city, or a good snow storm if you're lucky enough. Feel free to use the TV/Netflix/DVD player, play a game of checkers while you people watch out the window, peruse the bookshelf, or just chill and take in the space over a cup of coffee.

Give the foosball table a go and if you're feeling competitive, challenge Mike to a game :). You have full access to the dining room and kitchen and are welcome to use the spices, oil, and vinegar.

Accès des voyageurs
You'll have your own bedroom with a closet, mini fridge, and table/workspace. There is a shared bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Autres points à prendre en note
We have two really cute cats. They're probably going to want to make friends with you. The problem is, they'll be very friendly until they suddenly realize that you're a stranger and then....they'll be less friendly. So please, DO NOT touch the cats.

Additionally, please keep in mind that this is an OLD building. As is mentioned in the listing, there are 76 steps to get to the loft and there is no elevator. There are several landings along the way if you need a breather and we promise, the view is worth it. On that same note, the apartment is tidy, comfortable, and furnished with eclectic, funky art, but the building does have the marks of a 130 year old edifice. If you are looking for hotel spotless and pristine, this probably is not the place for you. If you are looking for a well kept, tidy, authentic, memorable, and aesthetically captivating Airbnb however, this is definitely the spot for you!

I have been a flight attendant for 19 years and still love exploring new cities. Air BnB makes it wonderful because you actually get to see how and where the locals live.

As much or as little as you would like. We tend to be out and about weekend evenings. If our schedules at the house do overlap, we are happy to chat and answer any questions you have and equally happy to give you your space.

There is only one guest room in the loft, so you will be the only AirBnB guests during your stay.
