Our studio apartment is great for anyone wanting easy access to the CBD, Sir Charles Gairdner hospital, Perth Children's Hospital or Hollywood Hospital.
Conveniently, there are also several cafes and restaurants just a short walk down the road (COVID-19 update: these cafes are still currently open and serving customers for take away.)

The laundry is on the first floor. The washing machine and dryer each have a fee of $4 per cycle.

Crawley is a lovely neighborhood - relatively quite, though very close to UWA, Charles Gairdner Hospital, Perth Children's Hospital, Hollywood hospital and the river. It is only a short bus ride into the city. Additionally there are several cafes, restaurants and a grocery store just up the road from our apartment.
