I hope you and Heather enjoyed your stay. I apologize for the internet, we have had many issues with Frontier (the internet company). High winds, which occur often in Havasu, sometimes affects our internet connection and we never know when that will happen. I was there just prior to your arrival, and it was working then. Their customer service is much to be desired and because of the frequency of the issues we've had, we are seriously considering changing companies.
Also, I did not know the drain was slow. I personally clean the whole house myself, and I did not notice the tub draining slowly after your departure. (If a guest does not inform me of an issue, I won't know to fix it, and the previous guest did not mention a slow drain to me.) So I appreciate you letting me know. It will be taken care of.
