I would like to clarify a few things.
Pricing is on trend with surrounding properties, considering location and comfort of home.
Cleaning was done before your checked in but as cleaners found stained after they had cleaned we then had to send someone asap to fix the stain. The stain was not vomit it was babies milk.
We now have a microwave, fridge has been turned down to the coldest setting and cold water issue we fixed for you as soon as you asked.
I understand your concerns about it although, Im surprised as I did not receive any reports from you about that quite given as the property is in heart of the city, a busy place.
We did not offer a refund as we always do our best to fix the solution 1st. If you had made us aware of all your problems early in your stay our team would of been more than happy to assist you.
