There are two entrances to the house - the guests will have access to both.
There are no shared amenities.
There is a locked off office in the house that is not available to the guests - that is pointed out as part of the info package when the guests arrive.

I like to meet and greet my guests. I will then give them the keys and info pertaining to "Queenstown Central". I make sure they have my mobile phone number so that if THEY need to contact me there is no problem. I assure my guests that I will not contact them at all once our initial meeting is over but they are not to hesitate should they want to ring me.
I would suggest that the guests go to 'i-site' which is the local information bureau. I also have a lot of information available at the house.
Also this is important - I do a minimum booking of 3 nights generally.
From the period prior to Christmas 20 Dec 2016- 5 Jan 2017 approx booking must be a minimum of 7 nights. dates flexible (but must be 7 nights)
Treat "Queenstown Central" with respect. Please leave it clean and tidy (I do not expect my guests to do cleaning and laundry).
As far as animals are concerned - a small house dog is ok so long as we have made a prior arrangement.
There is a total smoking ban in the house but there are outside areas that are available.
