Hi Michelle - Happy to hear that your room was nice and that we were able to get along well!
Regarding the cleanliness issue you have raised with the cat box, we are terribly embarrassed about this. We were in the middle of a busy time between recently returning from getting married and new work projects and honestly slacked on maintaining the home to the standard that we usually do.
That being said, we have taken your feedback to heart, and have taken the following actions to make sure future guests get only the best experience when staying with us:
- Moved the cat box out of the bathroom to a new location away from guest and shared areas
- Gave the house an extra deep clean and set new maintenance/cleaning schedule to ensure everything is spiffy
- We no longer run back to back reservations to ensure sufficient time to prepare for new guests
