There are a lot of clubs near the apartment. The street gets noisy and rowdy late in the night and does not feel safe. We also smelt piss outside of the front door of the apartment complex. And there was a problem with the keys to the front door. It took us literally 10-20 minute…

Allow me to respond to your review that contain some incorrect information that does not correspond to the reality of the events that have occurred. 1. I was clear, at 15, you had to pick up your suitcases and leave the KEYS ON THE TABLE. My customers were late, so I get to check in around 4.30 pm, I enter the house with the new guests and I see that the suitcases (lots of them) were still at home. I apologized for the inconvenience to the new guests and I put in front of the apartment your suitcases to carry out the check (with the door open) in fact I heard you when you arrived. I had to chase you down the stairs to ask you to give me the keys to the house because you were taking them with you.
