I´m sorry to know you didn't like our apartment. But there are things I'm afraid I have to disagree with. The apartment was cleaned by a professional person just before your arrival, including the dishes and of course all the floors and all the furniture was dusted( you can read previous reviews). Nothing to do with the apartment they found after you left, all covered in dust and sand.
I'm sorry about your opinion about the sheets and towels. Perhaps that's why you threw them onto the floor.
As for the person who welcomed you, I suppose you remember you changed your arrival day and asked for a late check ,in which we did not charge any extra money for. That's why I had to ask somebody for a favour, as I could not go to welcome you at that time, which wasn't the arrival time provided in the specifications. In addition, as far as I know, no regulations say English must be spoken.
Concerning the communication,you had a detailed information of where to park for free, as well as the information we thought you could need, including a photo of the entrance to the building and a (Hidden by Airbnb) location to make it easier for you to find the place. As well as this you also had an information card in the apartment with two telephone numbers and a email address to contact me any time you needed anything or any additional information as I also told your husband when I spoke to him on the phone.Why break your privacy ?
Beyond all this, I do hope you and your family enjoyed your holiday.
