Living area has comfortable new furniture for watching the 40" television. Master bedroom has king bed and en suite bath, 2nd bedroom has queen bed and 3rd bedroom also has a queen bed. Two twin roll-away beds tucked away in closets - guests can use as needed. This home has satellite television and wifi for your convenience. Wifi and satellite not guaranteed when out due to island weather, no refunds are given. This home has ample parking (4 car limit), a picnic table under the home and a washer/dryer for guests' convenience.
This is a strictly NON-SMOKING property, both inside and out. Ask your vacation planner for information on off-season monthly (Website hidden by Airbnb) must get a pool pass from the Sea Isle Homeowner Association to use the community pool. Sea Isle Homeowner Association is only open Monday-Friday, 10am to 5pm. Guests should call (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) to purchase a pool pass ($100.00 for 10 guests for length of reservation). NO POOL PASSES SOLD ON THE WEEKEND. If pool pass not purchased by 5pm on Friday prior to the start of the reservation, no pool access will be available.
