Gorgeous deluxe apartment is located in the newest part of Split , with lot of beaches walking distance in front of it.
It accommodates max. 8 people and consists three bedrooms, bathroom , toilet , beautiful balcony and living room with kitchen. Every room has a window,so it is very sunny and airy.
Apartment is well equipped and has all the utensils for long term or short term stay, of course, in case of special needs, i (as the owner) am always at your disposal.
It is very cozy,spacious and you can be sure that you are in quiet place. Balcony have sea view and looks at islands Brac and Solta.There is balcony furniture for breakfast or evening dining on fresh air.

We provide a detailed and extensive guest arrival book which includes recommendations for good and reasonable restaurants and cafes both near the apartment and the city too. We also have information there about day trips from Split including nearby national parks, waterfalls, ancient towns and also information about boat trips to the islands. - Accommodation is available from 14.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure
- Guests themselves are responsible for personal property and valuables left in the apartment and the owner is not responsible for the subsequent loss thereof
- Guests should behave responsibly in the house and its surrounding areas and they should guard against possible accidents and their consequences
- Lock the doors of the apartment from the inside and when going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, close sunshades, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances ( TV, air-conditioning, stove etc. ) and close the taps
- The owner reserves the right to enter the apartment in the absence of the guests for cleaning and maintenance and to prevent possible damage or other dangers. The owner is obliged to notify guests about entry into the apartment at the first subsequent contact
- Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbing neighborhood is prohibited, and it is expressly forbidden to make loud noises in the time between 14.00-16.00 pm and from 23.00 pm to 8.00 am
- The contents of the apartment may only be used by persons who are registered as guests, however the host may, upon the request of a guest, permit possible visits at certain times
- Bringing in weapons, explosive and easily flammable material is not permitted
- Use of equipment and appliances which are not an integral part of the offer of the apartment may be used only upon the consent of the host
- Bringing in of animals is permitted only upon the consent of the host
- In the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, appliances , equipment of the apartment the guest is obliged to notify the host. Insofar as the disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value
- It is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment ( towels, covers etc. ) from the apartment
- In the event of disregard of the house rules, the host has the right to refuse further providing of services
- Handover your identity card or passport to the host immediately upon arrival for registration at the Tourist office
- You may offer your comments, suggestions and compliments to your host who is at your disposal during working hours 0.00 am - 24.00 pm
