Dear Sheima + Sheima
I'm very surprised by your negative feedback since you seemed very satisfied and happy during your stay and also at the end. I would like to clarify certain things firstly for you but then for my future guests.
1. You were warned for Milan being very noisy during the fashion week, especially where my apartment is, which is literally the heart of all events and one of the most desired streets of Milan. I also told you clearly that if you wanted a calmer place you should stay away from the center. Of course if you remember these.
2. I'm surprised that you can't tell a handmade wooden Tatami from a matress on a floor.
3. I don't think that a hinge could be such a big deal but if a hinge is one of the biggest problems of your stay then I am glad for that because problems always occur and the important thing is that to have small ones and solve them.
4. Before you made your booking, you sent a friend to check all the features of the flat, right? Maybe you were having some trust issues even though you did not know me and even though I am a 'Super Host'. Well that was okay, I was more than happy to show my apartment to your friend Christopher and he were aware of what you could expect and actually your friend like a lot my flat.
After your comment about the matress, I went downstairs to check it and I could not feel any problem or a string since it is a very high quality brand (permaflex).
Since in the fashion week the city hosts more people than its capacity, our municipality is doing its best to keep the life standard at the same level, to satisfy its citizens and visitors and increasing the number of garbage collection is one of them.
You wrote me day and night about even the smallest things as if it is a hotel with 24/7 concierge, and to be honest I did my best to satisfy your needs, such as buying a new battery to the weighing scale, but obviously my efforts were not enough. I were in your shoes I would really feel ashamed about your definitely unfair feedback. It is the first time that I am facing a client like you, who is complaining about every single thing even after sending a friend to check the place before she enters. I hope I'll never have anything to do with you since you have been so mean and unfair. I suggest you not to rent an Airbnb apartment, but go to a hotel with 24/h concierge service, where the owner of the hotel cannot have his/her own work or personal life.
