Perfect for business or family stays. In the charming village of Naul, Co, Dublin. It offers a taste of village life yet is close to Dublin city and airport, many beaches, golf clubs and parks . Though not essential, a car is recommended . The M1 to Dublin or Belfast is four minutes away.

There is a fully fitted kitchen available and you are welcome to cook there if you wish.
You will find comprehensive information on local amenities and services in the apartment and you can contact John for anything else that you need assistance with.
You will have the exclusive use of the whole apartment, as listed, during your stay.
New high speed ( up to 100mbps) fibre WiFi and internet tv package (multi channel).
The apartment is NOT wheelchair friendly due to the steps leading to the front door.
The apartment is located above a small supermarket which opens from 7.00 am until 9.00 pm Mon- Sat and 8am- 8pm Sunday.
The steps to the apartment door are through the gated archway to the left of the Daybreak supermarket.

Pedestrian access to the apartment is through the small gate ( code 1501 )on the left side of the main gate under the archway.
Street parking is plentiful, free and time unlimited. For extended stays ( longer than one month ) it may be possible to arrange for PARKING in the gated secure INTERNAL car park, this will require the registration of the guests mobile phone ( cellphone ) along with the registration number of their vehicle, with the apartment management company, there will be no charge for this but registration can take up to a week.
The steps leading to the apartment,No 3 Cruises Hill, Naul are just ten paces inside the gate and on the right side. The entire first floor comprises of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower and separate turbo bath, wc and basin. There is an entrance hall and an open plan living/dining area. There is another floor on the next level, but this is NOT available to guests, it will not be occupied during a guests stay, guaranteeing absolute privacy for their entire stay. There is a fully fitted kitchen area with a fridge/freezer, a cooker with oven and a grill, a microwave oven and a washing machine. Also a large rooftop patio area for relaxing or for alfresco dining. It is very private and has its own entrance and the apartment is not overlooked by its neighbors.

A car will give guests freedom to access local sporting and social attractions more easily but there is a Local Link bus service ( route 195 from Ashbourne and Balbriggan) visit Local Link.ie or phone 1800 303707 and a local taxi service which can provide connections to larger towns and transport links to the whole country. If you enjoy things cultural then you might like to visit Ardgillen Castle and it’s 200 acres of parkland which was built in 1738 and is open to the public, or really go back in time and visit Fourknocks Passage Graves which is about 5,000 years old. Both of these are close by the Naul, and you can collect the key to the passage graves from the caretaker, who lives about a mile away, and spend as long as you wish exploring them. The Irish government encourage everyone to experience as much heritage and culture as possible and in most cases entry to public exhibits and art gallery’s and museums is free of charge. Naul is also only a short drive from the river Boyne and the Boyne Valley area is a treasure chest of interesting historical sites.

Essentially the Naul is a rural village which still enjoys the friendly ambience of a previous age, while also giving access to everything a modern city has to offer.
The village is popular with recreational cyclists, who use the Seamus Ennis Centre with its cottage style and traditional thatched roof as a rest venue, especially at weekends. The centre also hosts music and other concerts and workshops with the focus being on traditional Irish and country/bluegrass music and dancing. A full list of the events will be available in the apartment. There is one pub, Killians, where you can enjoy meeting the locals near a real cozy fire. There is one church (RC) and only one shop in the village. But if you hanker after the bright lights then you are spoiled for choice with lots of restaurants, pubs, night clubs and big shopping centers all within twenty minutes drive away.
You can take your pick from up to fifteen golf clubs, horse riding and many excellent beaches along the nearby east coast. You can visit Ardgillen Castle Grounds in Skerries, Newbridge House and Farm in Donabate, and Malahide Castle and gardens, all of which are open to the public and only a short drive away.
Sea angling is available with no permit needed, both shore and boat, while river fishing is to be found on many local rivers including the Boyne near Drogheda which is only half an hour north on the M1, permits can be purchased in the area.
Essentially the Naul is a rural village which still enjoys the friendly ambience of a previous age, while also giving access to everything a modern city has to offer.

I like, whenever possible, to personally welcome guests to the apartment and explain how everything works. It would be greatly appreciated if the guests could give even an approximate time of arrival, and/or flight numbers, if arriving at the airport. I am generally available to help with any questions , not confined to questions about the apartment, contact number will be available in apartment. Dining out suggestions will be listed but there are endless options both locally and in the general area.
