Jim Sharp is a registered land surveyor, a profession he has followed and still likes after decades in this field. He flies RC airplanes (radio controlled) that he builds and flies with a couple dozen other men, at the Ajo Airport (tiny, almost vacated) and that's his favorite hobby. He travels occasionally, likes projects around the house (carpentry, plants, gardening); and has 4 small grandchildren -- a favorite new time in life.
