What really made this stay awesome was the extremely friendly hosts and their dog Ghost. Sleeping in the Cortez was so much nicer than anticipated so the only thing that could go wrong is sleeping in and missing breakfast. Definitely worth considering if your between this and a h…

You can get more and better for $98.00. Thought the retro RV was cool on pictures and stuff but its bleh. Not horrible but not great. Overrated I guess is the right word.

In your inquiry to me you say - "pumped about my first Air BNB experience." I'm glad you 're a authority on the market now after a data set of ONE. So there was another col hipster RV for . . . $40? I think not. If so, please give it a whirl. You stayed 2000 feet from Juiceland, the best 24 hour coffee house in Austin, a Moontower, $5 Uber to anywhere in town, you're 1/2 mile from Mueller, Alamo Draft House, and most people consider it downtown. And the 'east side' is the 'hippest' part of town - whether that's true or not. Forbes Boom Town for the next decade - every year, and we have a hotel shortage. LaQuinta is right up the street for $160 and without free homemade breakfast tacos. Why do you think you're staying in RV's here. Maybe you just need a hotel, or Arlington - meh.

Super cool host and nice staff. It was different for us and that is what we needed for our little getaway. Really good location too.

Very unique and interesting space. Check in was super easy and everything was clean. We stayed during June and the AC was working really hard, it was too hot during the day but cooled off nicely at night. Would definitely stay again.

I would stay away unless you like cigarettes, and dirty housing at a crazy price. I paid for 3 nights and didn't even stay one

You're a liar Christopher. "People spraying pesticides." Neighbor was spraying lawn like everyone on the street in every city does. You send a crazy texts and said I better watch it - literally threatening me the first second you got here via messaging. You came off neurotic, unstable and highly agitated - not saying that's your normal state but that was you arrive in Austin state, ny assistant can attest to it. 78702 was dubbed the hippest zip code in America - prob not true, you don't even know what neighborhood you're in, but it's a horrible neighborhood? Sure you digital troll. And you said you didn't even go in??? Honestly I'm sure it would feel weird feeling like you're getting a 3/3 condo, with an RV, and a Tiny home in the back. Really? Hell raiser? Another one of your baffling statements - unlinked to anything that actually happened. We never met. Are you referring to me? Who did you meet that was a hell raiser? I'm actually asking. My assistant? I go to sleep listening to my Churches sermons every night?! lol Have had couples, celebs, and even babies in the Cortez. Repeat stays. Sorry Chris, no 3/3's condos, rv, and tiny home for $40 a night playa.

I typically spend my time running a real estate company, a charitable skateboard/clothing & accessory company, and the creative space here - DwellStronger. Also, being in a band that played every stage in Austin, more than once, I have a unique perspective on business and culture…
