Small cosy flat decorated in a modern scandinavian style, located in a building from the 1920s with all you need for a stay in Cph.
Neighborhood with green areas, public swimmingbath, iceskatingarena and our own urbangarden in our beautiful courtyard. Supermarket just across the street, take away near by and busstops 1 minute from here.
Only 15 min´s to citycenter.
NOTE: I have 2 cats that you have to take care of while you stay here.
Its small, but very cosy and there is a lot of daylight. The appartement has got a kitchen with all you need, and even though its small, its possible to cook whatever you want - you know, you are staying at a Foodies place :-)
Theres a bathroom with a shower, an older one though, but it works fine.
Theres all what you might need: hairdryer, ironing board, mop, dishcloths, cloths, boiler and so on.
Theres for the time beeing no available internet, but theres a tv, dvd, loudspeekers to go in your smartphone, tablet etc.
All linnen is included, and off course you´ll check into a clean and tidy flat.
- Note that theres two cats living in the appartement, so you might have to vaccum if you stay here more than a couple of days, for your own sake. Or we can make an agreement that I´ll stop by and do it, while you are out, if possible.
The bed is not that big (120x200), so its most suitable for couples or close friends/familymembers, but its possible to get an extra madras, just let me know in advance.
No kids, two adults only.
We have a common payment laundry in the basement, so if you need to get your laundry done its possible.

I wont be in the appartement while you stay here - but I´ll be here when you arrive and welcome you in my home. It depends on where I stay while you are here, if I am near by, I can stop by if needed.
I´d like for us to exchange telephone numbers after booking, so that we can reach each other if any questions or changes.
Well, the only thing is, theres my two cats that you will have to take care of when you are here. They are very sweet, as long as you feed and pet them. All you have to do, is to feed them once a day, and remove pooh from the catlitter.
You have to note that there will be cats hair in the flat, even though I leave the place fully cleaned for you - I'll leave dishcloths for you to clean the tables, a lint remover for your clothes and if you are here for more than a couple of days you might have to vacuum the floors for your own sake, or if I´m not fare from the flat, I can stop by and do it.
NOTE: theres no WI-FI or internet.
Because of the cats security, there is a childsafety at the livingroom window, and the other windows needs to be open slightly. Otherwise there ins´t many rules in my home, as long as you treat the cats respectfully and kind, and leave the place tidy when you leave.
When you stay here, feel free to eat and drink the things in the kitchen. Please do the dishes before you leave, and tidy up the kitchen.
At the bathroom you have to draw the shower curtains all the way arround, to protect the door from getting wet. Swipe after showering. And always keep the towels at the bathroom, there is a hanger for them.
You can turn on/up the heat if you need to, but please remember to turn them down if you open the Windows.
In general the rules of the Building says that you can not make noise after 22.00 o clock, please respect that.
If something happens, or an emergency arises, you can call me or one of the contacts thats on a list at the refrigerator.
You can smoke in the kitchen, but please respect the cats, and remember to vent out.
