300 meters Northwest from ICE Tower/ASADA, Nosara Springs R3-12.
Take left road about 50mts before arriving at the Nosara gas station (when driving from Guiones to Nosara village). Swimming pool and garden are shared between the tenants of the house/the studio/the bungalow. Tree house/playground for children.
The building hosts the house and an independent studio. There is an independent bungalow on the other side of the property.
-Non-smoking inside the house.
-CRITICAL: No shoes, food or drinks on 3rd floor.
-Unregistered guests not allowed.
-Internet is included but power cuts in Nosara may disturb a smoothless use. Same for SKY TV!
-A/C available in the rooms and kitchen for an extra 15$/night.
-Maintenance issues will be handled as soon as reported, however, while we will do our best to get the problem fixed immediately, the availability of services and maintenance resources is sometimes out of our hands. Maintenance issues will not give any right for reimbursement (eg. pool issue, electronics issues) unless the accommodation in itself cannot be used normally (excluding for reasons out of our hands such as network electricity cut) in which case the owner may consider a compensation.
