Welcome! Our house is ideally located for visiting Seattle. Minutes to downtown sites and nightlife, but in a quiet highly desirable neighbourhood. Our fully remodeled 1903 house is bright and light with an open floor plan in the main floor. The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped for entertaining and large groups. The kitchen opens to the living space which also has a built-in reading nook for afternoon lounging. The kitchen also opens to an East-facing deck with tables and seating for eight. The gas BBQ is just down the stairs. Just off the entry is our den with fireplace and guest guitars for your use.
The second floor has three bedrooms, each with ample space. The master bed is a Cal King, one bedroom is a double bed and the other has a queen bed. Two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The master has its own ensuite soaking tub and shower, and access to a lovely deck with panoramic views from University of Washington to the Cascade Mountains.
The third floor is open plan with a built in work desk, sitting area and queen-size bed and single bed. The basement has a laundry room, lounge and one bedroom with double bed.
The garden suite consists of large lounge (with TV), queen bed and bathroom with shower. It has a private deck with table and chairs that sits within the professionally landscaped garden.
The front porch has a porch swing and is the best place in Seattle to enjoy the afternoon sun and passers-by. We are minutes from downtown and major freeways, but in one of Seattle’s oldest neighbourhoods. We love our neighbours and so will you. We ask that you please keep them in mind and be respectful when you stay.

Please give our place the same respect you would give to your own home. Only registered guests may stay at house. Any large gatherings with guests must be approved by Owner. Quiet hours from 11:00pm to 7:00am. Our decks mean that noise travels quite freely and we’d like to respect our lovely neighbours.
Separate waste into recycling, compost and garbage. NO SMOKING. Please remove your shoes upon entering. No pets without prior approval and pet deposit.
Owner is held harmless from any claims from Guest and visitors, and acts of God. Guest is held responsible for the safety of their children and visitors.

I will be available for you via text and email. We have a detailed manual for all things house-related, as well as maps, restaurant and entertainment recommendations, if you need them. We would like to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
We love books and have left them for your use. Please feel free to enjoy them, but leave them when you go. We also have books, toys and games for children that you are welcome to take advantage of. Windows, however, are not child safe so do maintain supervision of your children, please!
This is our family home and we expect that you treat the home with the same respect you would give to your own. We have many antiques and fine art. They are not replaceable and care must be taken of them. They give the home is character and ambiance. Please be careful, especially if children will be part of your party.
This is NOT a party house or event space. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood and we love our neighbours. Quiet hours from 10-7. No smoking on the property or in front of our neighbours homes, please.
A copy of the primary guest's driver's license is required as well as a signed rental agreement which includes the names of all guests who will be staying.
Guests are restricted to those on the agreement, except with prior written permission.
