The home has very appealing living areas that overlook the gorgeous outdoor entertainment area and stunning 12.5m long pool. There are four bedrooms, all of which are much larger than average, and built in wardrobes for all your holiday gear. Both bathrooms are very large in size and can easily cater for bigger groups due to their clever design layout.
Numerous other features and benefits of the home include living areas on both levels, beautiful stone Italia bench tops in the spacious kitchen, polished timber floors, upstairs and downstairs decks, remote control garage door and very attractive landscaping. There are two living areas on separate floors, each with their own TV and DVD players.
The enormous main downstairs living area has plenty of space for all, or you can entertain guests outside by the pool on the timber deck BBQ area. Or on the upstairs balcony whilst enjoying amazing ocean views.
Beach Oasis will cater for any family/friends combination you may need.
The kitchen is also cleverly designed and fully equipped to satisfy even the most talented chef.
The large 2 car garage is perfect for storing the car and the boat and all the beach gear you may have on your trip. There is also a variety of surfing equipment in the garage, and other beach toys which you are welcome to use.

THINGS TO DO
These beautiful blue waters are home to many dolphins and the opportunity to sight these graceful locals is one of the major features that make this area a magnet for lovers of nature. Culburra Beach is also known for whale watching, placed such that the migration, both north and south, can be observed as they pass by. The majority of whales sighted are the Humpback whales, which migrate along the east coast from June to November, however other species on occasions such as Southern Right Whales, False Killer Whales, Orcas, Minke Whales and on one occasion the Blue Whale are seen.
The choice of water sports is wide and many people come to scuba dive, snorkel, fish and explore these famous waters.
Coastal, marine and hinterland National Parks offer fantastic bushwalking, cycling tracks, indigenous culture, camping spots, cliff-top lookouts and maritime heritage. See kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, wombats and many rare bird and animal species in the wild.
Unspoiled coastal and country villages have local produce markets, boutique shops, art galleries and a terrific museum. The area boasts world-class cafes, restaurants, pubs & wine bars.
Please note, there is no smoking inside the house.
Beach Oasis is not suitable for schoolies, bucks or hens weekends or any other party groups. We are the perfect house for a relaxing time at the Beach with friends and family or a romantic weekend away.
We have a minimum 2 night stay policy.
BEACH OASIS HOUSE RULES:
Firstly, we hope you have a fantastic and relaxing time at our house and the beach!
Please just remember a couple of things:
Please report to us immediately upon your arrival (or as soon as you become aware of), any of the following:-
a)any damage or breakages to the property, its fixtures, fittings or contents;
b)and any other unsatisfactory matter or incident at the Property; by calling Carmen on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
As a courtesy to our neighbours please limit noise after 10pm. The pool cannot be used after 10pm as it creates too much noise for neighbours
If you have a spill on the couch please clean it straight away, with the special couch cleaner located in the laundry.
Please don't exceed the number of guests in the house that was originally agreed upon without first contacting us.
The Property must not be used for the hosting of any parties, celebrations gatherings or functions of any sort.
Guests must comply with parking regulations and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles.
Whenever you are absent from the property, please close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
Children should be supervised using the bunk beds and the top bunk has an 80kg limit
Pets are NOT allowed at the Property unless we have agreed with you otherwise in writing. Your security bond will be forfeited if pets are brought to the Property without prior permission.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the Property. Your security bond will be forfeited if there is evidence of smoking inside the Property in order to fumigate and clean the Property.
First aid kit is provided in the cupboard next to the fridge.
You will find things like spare soap, toilet paper, cleaning products, light globes and iron in the laundry
If the oven won't work, please hit the reset button twice and it should work again for you.
There is an umbrella in the garage for the outside dining setting, please just help yourself if you need some shade.
Children must be supervised at the pool at all times
The swimming pool must not be used between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am as it creates offensive noise for neighbouring properties.
The operation of the pool filtration system is fully automated. Please do not touch any of the settings on the pool filter system including and particularly not the temperature. Costs incurred if we have to call in someone to repair this could be deducted from your bond.
Please maintain water levels (to halfway up the skimmer box) by filling the pool with the hose provided. Low water levels whether caused by evaporation or otherwise can cause damage which may result in a deduction from the security bond.
No glassware or smoking is permitted in the pool area.
Please use the outside shower which has hot and cold water to remove all sand and dirt from outside and the beach
All rubbish must be placed in the bins provided (but bins must not be overflowing). Please take rubbish with you for disposal if it won't fit in the bins. Rubbish must not be left in public or common areas and will not be collected from the roadside if not inside the bin.
Bins must be put out on Wednesday night AND upon your departure. Recycling drums are collected every second Wednesday
Clean BBQ before departure, fee will apply if not done
Please leave the Property clean and tidy, including wiping out the fridge and freezer, emptying the dishwasher and cleaning the oven and microwave to avoid excess cleaning being deducted from your security bond.
The Property will be cleaned prior to commencement of your rental and we ask that you leave the Property in the same condition. Please remove your food from the fridge and pantry and take all excess rubbish with you.
Return keys to key safe before you leave and scramble the code please.
